	DataDirect Technologies Ltd DataDirect Technologies is the world leader in data connectivity and mainframe integration. We work with DataDirect on a lead generation programme to help forge closer relationships with System Integrators. This involves writing a number of eshots and distributing these through our online sales support tool, C8CAST™, which is specifically designed to solve the challenge of introducing a low-cost, yet fully managed service for online marketing communications.

	Data Encryption Systems Data Encryption Systems (DES) is an IS0 9001 approved Information Security Company offering software copyright protection, data encryption and bespoke development work. We help DES to promote its software, DESLock+, to the IT market. This entails running a product review programme, getting involved in product launches and managing a Press Office on behalf of DES.

	ENGL ENGL is a specialist software consultancy working with global multi-site organisations and channel partners. We helped ENGL develop a strategic marketing framework through a series of half-day workshops. We are currently creating sales and marketing collateral to help raise ENGL’s profile and speed the growth of its software consultancy revenue stream.

	Haslams Haslams is a leading independent Property Services company. We were appointed to develop Haslams' marketing strategy. Activities included: consolidating the marketing objectives of Haslams' four departments, developing a customer segmentation roadmap and planning launch activities for a number of strategic business projects.

	Numara Software Founded in 1991, Numara Software, Inc. is a global provider of service desk management solutions for IT help desk and customer support professionals. We have helped Numara to successfully launch Track-It 8 across seven territories in Europe, as well as providing copywriting expertise and creating pan-European content, including case studies, articles and whitepapers.

	Nortel Networks Nortel Networks is a global Internet and communications leader. We carried out a programme of qualitative evaluation for the company’s Carrier Data division to enable the business to quantify its PR successes, confirm whether full potential had been extracted from PR investment and guide future line-of-business communications spend.

	ReView Video Ltd ReView Video is a well-known distributor for video conferencing equipment, a market which is now really starting to take off with issues such as the environment, remote working and constant pressure to keep costs to a minimum. To this end, we were bought in to help promote some of these pertinent issues to the media and to run a comprehensive PR Campaign.

We ran an issues-led communications programme for the Technology Division to reinforce the company's IT credentials to potential candidates and clients. We also worked with Robert Walters' HR business to develop marketing content explaining how HR strategy can unlock business profits.

	Scalable Software When Scalable Software LLC, a market leading software publisher, needed to set up in the UK it turned to us to help with its marketing activities. We are now actively involved in a number of sales support campaigns to help drive leads for its usage metering product, Survey.

	Staff&Line UK Limited Staff&Line is a specialist in the IT management market. The company has developed its range of EasyVista applications for organisations of all sizes, covering the entire life cycle of IT assets. We are working with Staff&Line in the UK and France helping to establish a presence and to build profile for the UK operation. Staff&Line has outsourced its marketing activities to us, which involves: lead generation, hosting seminars, copywriting and PR.

	Stonemartin Stonemartin plc provides high quality serviced and managed offices across the UK. We were appointed by Stonemartin to help to promote its buildings and services to the regional, national, business and property media in the UK. During this time, we have focused on issues such as the environment, remote working, and modern working practices. Our remit also includes project managing a number of very high profile events.

	The Federation Against Software Theft Set up in 1984 by the British Computer Society's Copyright Committee, the Federation Against Software Theft was the first software copyright organisation. Its first action was to raise the awareness of software piracy and to lobby Parliament for changes in the Copyright Act 1956 to reflect the needs of software authors and publishers. Today FAST has 2,700 corporate members. We have worked with FAST over the last three years developing marketing messages and content for distribution to the organisation’s membership. We also edit and manage the Federation’s membership magazine FASTtalk.

An independent, not-for-profit membership organisation, TSANet enables IT vendors and their channel partners to save time, money and resources by giving access to a secure communications infrastructure for resolving technical customer support issues quickly and efficiently. We have been working with TSANet for a couple of years, actively promoting the organisation to its members, new members and the industry at large. We are involved in a whole range of activities, which include event management, copywriting and PR.

	Ultima Business Solutions Ultima Business Solutions is one of the UK's leading providers of IT infrastructure and security solutions. Our work with Ultima has included: providing sales generation project support; creating e-Government seminar materials; developing a series of customer references for use as sales tools in new business meetings and a PR programme to raise awareness of Ultima's managed security services.

	Venson One of the UK’s largest fleet management providers, Venson works with the Emergency Services and Private / Not-for-profit sector organisations. We are providing copywriting expertise for Venson’s website and a range of sales and marketing collateral.
