The C8 Corporate Media Bureau’s writing services will be undertaken by a specialist team of experienced business and technology writers, including Brian McKenna, former editor of Computer Weekly; Tatiana Miller, who was responsible for enterprise public relations across Symantec’s Northern region; Annette Finch, former Midlands news correspondent for ITV; and marketing and advertising specialist Richard Hall, author of the Brilliant series of business books.

David Bicknell, Director of The C8 Corporate Media Bureau, is a writer with over twenty years experience covering B2B publications. He has a journalistic background and began his career working for a news agency in East Midlands before joining BBC local radio in Leicester. He then spent 17 years working on IT weekly press. Since joining C8 he has specialised in corporate writing. He is also co-author (with Tony Collins) of Crash, a book investigating the delivery of IT projects.

C8 Consulting's Corporate Media Bureau was commissioned to produce a brochure for Henley Business School, one of the country's leading business schools. The work, which involves writing and editing of original copy, was pulled together at short notice to enable Henley to meet its publishing deadlines for the brochure. The brochure has been distributed to prospective students.

C8 Consulting conceived the idea of writing an audit toolkit for FAST Ltd for prospective users of their software asset management and software licensing expertise. It is an immediate SOS Guide for organisations facing the threat of a software audit and who would benefit from FAST Ltd's specialist knowledge and insight. The project maximised two key skills that C8 delivers for its clients: copy writing to match the business needs of its clients and making the most of press contacts to deliver the published copy.

The toolkit, designed to provide sales collateral for FAST Ltd, has been published on Computer Weekly's website under a dedicated Software Licensing section.
