Panasonic Connect Europe at ISE 2025: A Retrospective

March 6, 2025By Jim PopleInsights

For those involved in the world of systems integration and audiovisual technology, February only means one thing: ISE. Three letters that have become shorthand for the industry’s biggest annual event.

Integrated Systems Europe 2025 was bigger and better than ever before in its Fira de Barcelona, Gran Via home. Over 85,000 unique visitors from 168 countries made the pilgrimage to the Catalonian capital. C8 Consulting client, Panasonic Connect Europe, is an ISE mainstay, and was one of over 1,600 exhibitors to take up its regular spot with an immersive and engaging booth in the 92,000m2 venue.

ISE 2025 was unlike any previous edition for Panasonic Connect Europe. As customer needs become more complex and the demand for immersive experiences intensifies, it must go far beyond supplying high-quality, standalone AV equipment. Next-generation organisations need to be increasingly agile, software-savvy, and deeply integrated, to offer solutions that support the entire lifecycle of complex installations.

Embracing the Next Era of Innovation

It’s for this reason that Panasonic Connect Europe ushered in a new era at ISE, with its Visual Systems division soon becoming a separate company through a strategic capital partnership with ORIX Corporation.

Panasonic Visual has always been more than just a technology provider; it has been a pioneer. From laser light source projectors and ultra-short throw lenses, to the highest quality picture professional displays – all of which were showcased at the Panasonic booth at ISE 2025 – it has consistently driven change and set new standards.

The new strategic capital partnership with ORIX Corporation will allow Panasonic Visual to leverage its core expertise in visual technology, invest further to expand solutions, and deepen strategic alliances.

Increasing Panasonic Media Engagement

The new strategic partnership was front-and-centre of the C8 team’s efforts to secure additional media interest in Panasonic at ISE. C8 helped to coordinate nearly 70 registrations across Europe for its traditional media conference that kicks off the four-day event.

It also secured five one-on-one briefings between key Panasonic stakeholders and UK media, both before and during the event, who were keen to hear about the latest visual and ProAV trends, what the ORIX announcement means for the industry, customers and partners, and an overview of the Panasonic solutions and products announced in Barcelona.

Re-Defining What’s Possible in Visual and ProAV

Panasonic’s next-generation, sustainable IP-based solutions enable seamless, high-performance experiences. From cutting-edge LED displays to groundbreaking 4K PTZ cameras, there was plenty to explore at ISE 2025 on Booth 3J500.

This included Panasonic’s latest all-in-one LED displays. Available in 165-inch, 137-inch, and 110-inch models, which are the first LED displays to feature dual Intel® SDM slots, allowing operators to unlock the full potential of AVoIP, and effortlessly connect devices across multiple locations.

Panasonic also showcased its PT-VMZ82 projector series – its most energy-efficient and sustainable 8,000-lumen LCD projector to date. It uses 25% less energy than previous models and incorporates up to 59% recycled resins. Panasonic also gave visitors a sneak peek of its next-generation 40,000-lumen, 3-Chip DLP projector.

Finally, Panasonic introduced its new AW-UE150AW/AK 4K PTZ camera for live streaming and remote production. It features built-in auto tracking, ultra-low-latency IP-based 4K video transmission, and a wide-angle lens with 20x optical zoom.

ISE 2025 perfectly encapsulates how Panasonic Connect Europe is pushing the boundaries of innovation – both now and in the future. From ultra-efficient projection and all-in-one LED displays, to smarter collaboration tools and next-generation video production, Panasonic is leading the charge in delivering greater sustainability, seamless integration, and higher-quality production. This positions it perfectly to meet evolving customer needs in a transforming AV landscape.
