A simple message but one that needed to stand the test of time.
C8’s campaign brings topical issues to the fore via research for discussion and debate. C8 has devised issues-based research around topics such as: preparing for peak Christmas deliveries, the aggravation consumers experience around the returns process and meeting and exceeding customer expectations. This year, C8 worked with NetDespatch and IMRG to deliver its “Valuing of Home Delivery Review Report”. C8 suggested this partnership because, despite all the developments the industry has made since the first IMRG review published in 2006, there is still much to do to keep up with shopper’s expectations – driven by technology and retail innovation. C8 helped NetDespatch draft root cause analysis for the report as well as authoritative commentary and observations.
In particular the IMRG report, ‘The Value of Home Delivery’, was launched to all the major high street retailers in September 2018.
